What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you make a donation or register for an event. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete event surveys, signup for a raffle, or sign up to receive our blog. Information collected includes your name, address, email, phone number and photo. If you register for a multi-day event, we collect your emergency contact name and phone number.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your donation or event registration; contact you if you won a raffle; manage your account; and if you agree, to email, mail or call you about future fundraising campaigns and events. If you attend an event and agree to have your photo taken, we may use it for digital marketing.
Who do we rent, sell, share and store your information with (including third parties)?
We will not rent or sell your information to anyone.
We share your information with Parakaleo staff and leaders designated to process your donation or event registration. If you signed up for a raffle and win, we may post your name on social media platforms. We also share and store your information with third-party service providers who assist Parakaleo with functions such as:

How long will we keep your information?
We keep your data as long as needed for audit purposes.
